How do you customize the default size of the paper in Microsoft Word

When working using Adobe software, such as in Dreamweaver there will be occasions when you will have to define custom paper sizes for forms or documents. One way you can do this is to select custom paper from the main page under the Document tab, or from the Page Setup window if you have one open. To change the size of the paper you have selected, first click on the custom paper link on the main page and then select the size of the paper that you want to use.
